From my initial viewing of the property to completing all necessary documents and forms, he ensured that every aspect of the process was clearly communicated, including relevant govement guidelines and my landlords wishes . Even when I faced a few challenges settling into my new home, Brandon was consistently available to provide support and resolve any issues promptly. Well where do i start, i couldnt have had a better experience letting a property with Pride & Property Essex. I dealt with Sarah from the start, i send her a message and she gave me a call the same day. We arranged a viewing for a property i was interested in for the following day, being suitable for the property and myself being very interested, Sarah promptly got the wheels in motion and i moved in the property not long after.
